Convenient location and great for kids

Our family had a great stay here. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The house was accommodating and allowed us to spread out and relax. Walking distance to grocery, park, and multiple great restaurants. Parking space made life easy with kids. Communication to rental company was easy.

Spacious comfortable home!

The house is in a nice neighborhood not too far from Forsyth Park and all that the historic district has to offer. The bedrooms are bright and roomy and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes and anything else you may need for cooking. The high ceilings and numerous windows make the living and dining rooms seem extra big. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home

This home was perfect for our vacation! We were able to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go during our stay. Parking was a breeze and having Kroger right around the corner was wonderful. The only things we would have preferred is for the Roku to be in the living room instead of master bedroom and for more seating in the living room. We had 6 adults and an infant, so we weren’t all able to fit on the couch and 2 chairs. Overall, this was a great property and we’d definitely return!

This property is PERFECTION!

We are very fussy travelers and this home hit all the right points. The property was extremely clean, the beds (including linens & pillows) comfy and we had most everything we needed for our stay. The most adorable coffee shop is across the street, Kroger for your grocery needs (although with so many amazing restaurants you don't really cook for yourself) and a short 2 block walk to Forysyth Park. It's a bit longer walk to Broughton and Bay Street but we always enjoy the stroll and pick different routes to see all we can when in town. Loved have secure parking and feeling like a local while there. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home & perfect location

Just arrived for a short holiday with my sister, so the property was much larger than needed, but I loved the look of it and it was perfect. Just a short walk to the main park & the hop-on for the trolley tour (recommended). The coffee shop across the street was outstanding as well. It was an easy 1 mile walk to the river shops & restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped. Bathrooms were large and comfortable as were the beds. Would definitely stay here again. Oh, a bonus was the on site parking. I never moved my car while were were here and I didn't worry about it a bit.

Savannah Habersham Hall

This property was beautiful and very much enjoyed. Our only negative on this property was the parking. It has its own parking space that is shared with 3 other units. We had a Suburban and was a little tight and difficult to park. This parking is just inside the security gate next to the trash can area, which is a very tight turn in. Just think others should know this. Otherwise it was wonderful time spent there. The unit is only 2 blocks from a Kroger, Forsyth Park and a stop for the on off trolley's.

Spacious home with great location

Great location, spacious open plan, and secured parking. Being a recent construction what is missing in historical charm is made up in an updated spaces, open kitchen, Thermador appliances and generous baths. Needs painting and minor repairs. Seating is tired and worn. Entry is not digital still an old lockbox. Stated limits of 2 rolls of TT per water closet, 1 small bar soap per sink, 1 roll of kitchen towels, and 5 dishwashing pods is a bit stingy. Also the threat of a $100 charge if your after hours call is not an emergency is troublesome. Management appears to be a miser and not a generous host. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

What a gem

We had a fabulous Mother's day trip with my sister and mom. What a joy to each have our own bedroom . This is a wonderful, spacious unit with an updated kitchen close to Forsyth Park. I recommend this unit to anyone who wants to be close to the historic district. Most attractions were a mile away, walkable for the young but we drove since we had our 88 year old mom along. Would stay here again!

Great stay except for parking!

The place was beautiful. There is a dedicated parking spot behind a gate that is VERY tight. It is next to the gate with the garbage cans and is the last spot. It is too tight to make the turn to get in the parking spot and if you pull in and try to back in you go up on the sidewalk which has a ledge. You will need to have a very small car to use the parking spot. We had to park in the street. There are rules to parking in the street, as on certain days/evenings you cannot as they have street sweepers. We notice the first sign, but not the second sign and on the last day of our stay we were issued a ticket. This could have been avoided if we could have parked in the parking spot.

Great location!

We were happy to be away from the newer downtown and right in the historic area. We walked everywhere and enjoyed strolling down the brick sidewalks admiring the beautiful architecture. The house was very spacious, clean and bright. The a/c worked perfectly and kept us cool after our long walks. We hope to visit Savannah again!

Fabulous stay. Clean. Comfortable. Had 4 adults with plenty of room. Management was quickly responsive to any issue. Had no problems parking on the street. We did not use the included parking space so can't comment. Would love to stay here again.

Everything was very clean. Location was convenient to the trolley line to go downtown. Off street parking was nice even though it was a little tight to turn into. Staff was responsive to any questions. I would stay here again on a future visit.

Christmas at Habersham Hall

Perfect. The downtown location allowed us to host our local family and friends in a comfortable home. It was unique to find a completely open floorpan on the first floor, which made for a very family friendly environment. (Yes, we put up a tree). The Bedrooms were big and the primary bath was amazing. I'm sure the next guests will enjoy their stay.
