Guest Access: Once inside of the building, you will have access to the floor this unit is located on via stairs or elevator. You will then have complete access to the unit as there will be no one else inside.
The Neighborhood: This loft is in the heart of Savannah, Georgia. It is located in an apartment building in between City Market and West Broughton Street so you are steps away from all the finest shopping and dining.
Getting Around: Location, Location, Location: super close to everything, Within walking distance of everything fun. 10 minutes to River street, Historic districts, and Forsyth park. Tons of stores and restaurants right outside
Other Things to Note: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. We ask that you politely find a smoking area outside!
Pets are allowed in the unit however you will be charged a pet fee of $50 per pet.

Just what we were looking for!
This property was SO close to everything! We never walked more than ~10 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go. Tybee Island was a quick and easy 20 minute drive. There is a parking garage very close and we had no issues getting to our car when we needed it (which wasn’t often). You can hear the nightlife from the room on weekend nights but we are all heavy sleepers so we were not bothered at all.
