Beautiful historical location

Our family really enjoyed the stay. Cozy home with plenty of room. Walking distance to all of beautiful Savanna.

It was a nice old home! Plenty of space for our Girls Trip with 7 ladies. Lots of steps though! House was clean, but could use some new paint. We loved the little shops on the corners. Beware of parking! Make sure to buy a parking pass or you will have to renew parking every 2 hours during the day. Also pay attention to the days the sweep the streets, they don’t do both sides the same day. You will get a ticket if you park during the night on those days.

Nice property but not 5 stars

The property was comfortably and clean but not very well stocked. Very bare bones in the kitchen. Be prepared to bring your own oils butter spices sugar coffee ziploc bags etc. Air conditioning worked well and the location is very nice. Beds were comfortable. Very little flexibility with check in - check out times but you can bring pets. Overall it was fine.

Birthday celebration

Beautiful home, lots of room to spread out. House on a very busy street, can be a lot of street noise. Home is on the second and third floor above a store , so be prepared to walk up and down narrow winding stairs . Overall a great place, price was almost double for St.Patrick’s day weekend .

Perfect location

Loved Savannah. So much to do and easy to get around. One issue came up and owner responded immediately so it really was no problem. Loved the house. Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Fun Wedding Weekend

The home was a perfect location for a family friend’s wedding. There were enough bedrooms for our entire family and it was close to everything! It did have a bit of a dog odor, but I guess that is expected with a pet friendly home. Charming decor and nice courtyard patio

A great time in Savannah

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is spacious and well decorated and had everything we needed. Great location right across from the Mercer-Williams mansion and a short walk to Forsyth Park. Will definitely come back.

Perfect Savannah Getaway

This Savanah house was right in the middle of everything and was beautifully decorated. We cooked most nights in the house and it went well. I cannot recommend this house highly enough.

Perfect location, beautiful home!

Beautiful property with perfect proximity to Forsyth park! Just a block away! We loved our stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking to come to Savannah ❤️ the beds were comfortable, I felt safe, it’s right above a cute little boutique and next to many more! Beautiful Property…. Cold water and no communication from property management

We had a lovely stay- but from the moment we arrived there wasn’t any hot water. I communicated that via all communication outlets to management- never got a reply- I called and left several messages- spoke w one person- “we will send maintenance over” never did- No hot water for our entire stay… no follow-up or follow through. We have rented from various companies in Savannah- this one.. not a great experience nor follow through. I would have loved to talk with the management but am disappointed especially for the amount of money I paid.

The upstairs air conditioning was broken, they rented us the property anyways and never came to try and fix it. There were very large cockroaches all over the house... terrible experience

Great location in historic district if you want lots of bedrooms

We loved the kitchen, dining room and escpecially the living room. The large mirror and high ceilings and decor were fantastic. Two items to note: 1. There are two bedrooms on the second floor and two on the third floor. Whomever is staying on the third floor needs to be good with steps and balance. It's an old wooden spiraled staircase and several of the steps are different heights, so as you go down and turn it an be a big problem also 2. two of the bedrooms are on a street with city traffic noise. However, this should be expected when staying in an urban location and we didn't mind it too much. We appreciated the washer and dryer and the historic charm is just what we were looking for. We give it a definite 5 stars.

Girls getaway

House was great. Easy access and plenty of on street parking available. Location was good, right next door to the Mercer-Williams house (you know, from the Garden of Good and Evil). Inside house was very clean and nicely decorated. Very cozy living area. The outside patio, which I thought was on the second level, was ground level and not inviting at all. It needs a good cleaning. We were a group of four woman and each having our own bedroom was wonderful. Only two baths so sharing is caring. Just some things for future guests to be aware of. It is on a busy, highly trafficked corner so it can be noisy while trying to sleep. This is not for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. The upstairs (3rd flr) bathroom as a claw foot tub/shower which is very narrow and difficult to climb in and out of. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably.

Great location multi-bedroom unit but not for the very old or very young.

Overall a very nice rental for quiet sedate living at a wonderful location walkable to all the sights and sounds of old Savannah. The unit is comfortably and appropriately furnished except for some garish truck-stop bright white energy efficient lighting in the chandeliers that sort of ruins the genteel 1800's southern ambiance. Most of the wall outlets other than the kitchen or bathroom area are 2-prong outlets, and can't handle 3-prong plugs, so if you are planning to use your laptop brick power-cord, you'll have to be restricted to the few areas that have the 3-prong outlets or power strips in the unit. The very steep 1800's stairs here (very common in Savannah) are not senior citizen nor under age 3 friendly, especially the second set going from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor. One of our senior guests who came to visit took one look at the stairs and backed out and refused to stay with us, and proceeded to rent their own ground floor room someplace else down the street on no notice and at top dollar. So, not a good rental for the very young or the very old or those with mobility issues. The third floor rooms are comfortable off season, but much hotter in the summer. Savannah is buggy in the warm weather, and some of the bugs live in the drains, so closing or sealing off the drains at night is recommended (also a Savannah wide issue). Bring insect spray for yourself if venturing outside the city on the trails or woods or beaches. The gnats and sandfleas are murder.

Savannah Charm!

This is a lovely and well appointed home within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, SCAD, and Forsyth Park amongst many other museums and squares. There was plenty of space for our group of girls; we found the beds very comfortable and the living room awesome for chatting about the day's adventures and planning for the next day. If you are considering this home for your visit to Savannah, do it!

Family getaway

This house was perfect for the 5 adults and one 6 month old that is not crawling yet. There are 2 sets of steep staircases that wasn’t a problem for us , but might be an issue for others. The living room was spacious and had a big comfy sofa that was perfect for all of us to visit in! The house was in a great location for coffee shops, restaurants and cute specialty shops all within walking distance. We would definitely come back!

Central in Savannah

What a great location! In the center of pretty much everything in Savannah and just a short walk to nearby squares it was a perfect spot for my family and I. Very cool and unique spot that had plenty of charm. Communication with the property manager was top notch and we look forward to staying here in the future!
