We loved staying on Tybee Island. Our focus was Savannah but it was so nice to come "home" to a quiet area and a walk on the beach. The place was clean and the kitchen seemed to have all that we needed. There is a tiny view of the Ocean through one or two of the windows - but the walk to the beach was easy.

Excellent place and location!

We were very pleased with our stay here for a group of 12, a large family with grandparents included. Roomy with beautiful decor right by the beach. Excellent place.

Great Property

The family had a great trip to Tybee. The property was close to food, and only a quick few minute walk to the beach. The space was great and the pool was a nice reprieve from the heat.

Alomst Heaven Indeed!

Property was even better than advertised with great amenities and was nicely updated. Balcony views are spectacular and properry is only steps from the ocean. Great location is near everything you wanna do on Tybee, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Host included lots of extras like board games, all kitchen gadgets and cookware, hair dryers, and towels and bedding were high end. They don't cut corners. Super satisfied with our stay!

Perfect Place for Winter Break with Teens

They weather wasn't "beach" weather, but there was lots to do in the house and nearby to keep the kids busy while the mom worked from the sofa. Great restaurants, well-stocked IGA on the island, Oatland Island Wildlife Center just a few miles away, cute ice cream place within a couple of blocks. Oh, did I mention the kids loved the hot tub. We love Tybee Island

The home was simply lovely and was equipped with everything to make our stay wonderful. The communication with our host was easy with a quick response. My only suggestion would be to add a bathroom on the lowest level and blinds on the kitchen windows. Overall it was the perfect place and close to the beach. The beach was pristine.

Family getaway for July 4th

Lovely, comfortable home, perfect location steps from the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. However, the house really sleeps 10 and not 12 as advertised as the pull out couch was broken. Tge private pool was perfevt to cool off after a day at tge beach!

Almost Heaven

House was great. Location was excellent to beach and island attractions. Pool not heated which meant it was not used much, hot tub great but only cleaned on last day of stay. Owners checked in with us and responded quickly to questions. This was our 4th stay at Tybee, I grew up in Savannah, a great place to stay for a large group.

Beautiful Vacation Home

This home is a great size for families. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. The kids especially loved the foosball table and pool table. The hot tub was a hit. It is a small distance to the beach and many restaurants. The only downside to this rental is that there is no first floor bathroom but this is not a deal breaker. We had a very nice stay.

Birthday weekend with Friends

My friends and I were in the Savannah area to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The house was nice and a good location. My only critique would be that the property management was not very responsive, I emailed and texted them about checking in early a week prior to our stay and never heard back from them.

Great Stay

We took my son here with his buddies before his wedding and this place was exactly as advertised. It is very spacious and the check in process was a breeze. We had everything we needed to have a great stay. It isn't a very long walk through a little path and you are on the beach. it was stocked with all of the essentials needed to have a good time and is close to a mini mart and not too far from bars and places to eat. We were pleased with our stay and had no issues. It was a very easy and smooth process.

Actually quite splendid!

Family members from across the USA converged here for a pre-Thanksgiving gathering. All agreed ... the property was actually quite splendid! The house was clean, bright, and roomy. Big, inviting kitchen and dining area. Wrap around decks on the top two floors, easy to use hot tub, and TV's in all rooms. Short walk to the beach. Really couldn't ask for better!

Great locations and property

The property was wonderful. We had an issue with the refrigerator leaking and notified the property manager. Unfortunately, there was no one available to fix it during our weekend time, but we were provided additional towels to catch the water leaking. All of our items smelled of mildew when we left as well. The beds are not the most comfortable, but were fine enough for a weekend stay. The pool was not clean upon arrival, but the management company made sure to correct the issue within 24 hours of our arrival. The beach access was nice and easy to find. The kitchen was well stocked with nearly anything and everything you would need. The management company was also very responsive to our questions and concerns. Would recommend the property.

Great Stay on Tybee

We stayed last week of March 2025 for 5 days and it was great overall! Beautiful home, would recommend. It's not directly in front of ocean but you can see the ocean from quite a few spots. Great parking spot, easy access to areas*2 wonderful porches -1 is covered which is nice for shade HOWEVER listing states part of it is screened but it's not. I think that's due to a recent fire and redoing the deck AND adding a hot tub- so the plus is there's a private hot tub on 2nd floor deck but con is they haven't screened it in and gnats can be bothersome at times. Listing should be updated if it won't be screened.*CON: It was just the 3 of us but if others had come I would have felt bad about who had to sleep on the first floor since it's nice but no bathroom right on that level, it's 1 room with 3 beds and next to garage and no views. The other beds are on 3rd floor with views.* I wouldn't think 12 would fit comfortably (unless you're cool with couches etc.). 10 tops. *CON: THE PILLOWS and MATTRESSES in the 2 nicest rooms (we didn't use other rooms)- there's probably 100 pillows in the place and EACH one is flat and cheap, no fluffy luxurious pillows. The one mattress in room with red accents was flipped to the non pillow top side- unsure why and had foam on top but wasn't great! This place needs new pillows and nice mattresses.I'd also LOVE to recommend adding low beach chairs to easily take to beach. Overall GREAT place in a GREAT location!

It's Hot in Tybee!

The Good: Our family of 6 adults and 5 children ages 3 and under enjoyed this lovely rental. The two King bedrooms were very spacious and well appointed. The up shared bath was adequate but a bit small. Kitchen was well supplied and the children did not mind sharing the room on the main level. The small pool was perfect for the toddlers. It was an enjoyable walk to the beach. The beach access through the neighborhood is less crowded. The main boardwalk beach access has a deeper beach but more people. Both are quiet compared to the southern beaches. Very family friendly. Great ice cream shop within walking distance. We enjoyed the quieter location of the north side. The home is well stocked with board games and some beach toys. Towels and linens were of good quality. The Bad: It would be nice if there were lamps in the living room. The only lighting available is an overhead fan which is a bit bright. Typical of beach rentals, the floors were "clean" as in they were mopped but weren't actually clean as our feet were always dirty on the bottom. The Ugly: It is hot and humid in July!!-Not a rental ugly. The one issue we had was on the first night when we put the toddlers to bed in the first floor room. All the sheets on the made beds were still damp and some were completely wet as if they just came out of the washer. Hopefully housekeeping will do a better job in the future.

Beach acres was nice, although not directly it was a short distance. Lovely Home. Beach amenities were slim compared to other places we have stayed on Tybee Island. We had slight trouble with the hot tub not clean and even though they sent someone try clean it appeared as though they were not very qualified and the situation remained for our stay . Other than that Highly recommend.
