The location can't be beat and the staff is great. The property can definitely use an update, it's pretty worn, but the cleaning staff does a great job. The location is truly excellent and easy access, great parking. The price is definitely great considering where it's at in the historic district, walkable to many great attractions.

The room is a bit older and could use some upgrades (maybe a fresh coat of paint) However, it was a great hotel for one night. Fantastic location and wonderful staff. Steps away from the river walk. You do have to pay for parking. I only had a yogurt and cereal at the breakfast. Bagels, pancakes and fruit was also available.

Helpful, friendly and very accommodating staff. The hotel is in the heart of the historic district just steps away from the vibrant entertainment and shopping area on the river (behind the hotel) and very walkable historic district (in front of hotel) full of restaurants, shops, bars and even a post office. It’s an older property that needs a bit of TLC but is comfortable, clean and in good repair with very comfortable beds and quality, cozy linens.
