Felo’s House is an ideal home away from home for any business traveler, healthcare professional, student, professor, contractor, or homeowner in transition. Newly renovated, our home is designed with the intention of reinventing the long-term rental experience.

Step inside to a spacious living room open to the kitchen, dining area, and cozy office nook tucked behind the fireplace. You'll find games and books for entertainment as well as children's items if you have little ones. You’ll also fall in love with the mid-century modern accents, unique/local artwork, and original hardwood flooring throughout. Two large bedrooms welcome weary guests, separated by a full bathroom that features all the original tile work. A perfect blend of modern comfort and yesterday's charm.

Overall, the interior has a modern contemporary style and minimalistic design feel; which is very inviting. In the bathroom we kept and cleaned the original tile, which provides a nice blend of modern and vintage with the rest of the house. Our extra flex room features a desk, 24" LED monitor, keyboard, ergonomic office chair, and high-speed AT&T WiFi capable of supporting video conferencing: a space ideal for working, reading, completing your studies, or gaming.

Parking is easy; our driveway easily fits two (2) cars. For any outdoor adventurers, our large fenced backyard and carport will provide the perfect storage area for your kayak, small boat, bicycle, surfboard, or paddle board. And yes, we are only a 20 minute drive to Tybee Island. Please note, due to severe allergies this property is unable to accommodate any pets.

Whether you drive, bike, or Uber, getting around is effortless; especially with a CATS stop only blocks away on Waters Ave. Our neighborhood is located a few miles east of historic Thomas Square and provides you with a cozier and quieter feel than the tight-packed streets of nearby downtown Savannah. You’ll enjoy being a 3-minute walk from Daffin Park and Grayson Stadium, Savannah’s 80 acre residential playground, considered to be the best recreational park in the city and home of the Savannah Bananas.
