Phenomenal staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Very quick to resolve any issues had, and very knowledgeable. Stay overall was well, room was nice. Walls to the outside are a little thin so you can hear most of whats going on outside your door, but room to room it’s quiet. Convenient area, close to mostly everything and a straight shot downtown.

The rooms have mold on the ceilings there are cockroaches everywhere no one to clean the rooms but 1 person that does everything and doesn’t get paid for everything extended stay is $499.00 just about and these people are paying all what they have to live in these conditions some have children some have medical conditions although all this is going on yet still the people there are friendly and they are helpful the way they live is mostly a complaint but we have no other place to go so we dealt with it and they try to focus on hope and grace to carry them through the next weeks and days some have been there for maybe even years as I was there I have also overheard talking about if you don’t have your payment at a certain time they call the police and get you put out my thing is no one is barely in the office I’ve had to wait for over an hour to check in and I’ve also seen other people do the same no one has time to wait around when they have work or other things to do and then the put you out when ever you do come back other than that it was a nice stay close to where I need to go besides that the staff well one of the ladies if the office has a nasty attitude but I found out she quit they are currently working on the outside of the building but the inside is well needed work!

We booked the hotel thinking it an extended stay. Nevertheless, we still checked in as we already paid for it. Staff was good but the room o boy. It had pee smell all over the room, a real spider hanging over the table and dead insects over the bed. We were not able to stay even for a night and had to book a nearby hotel.
