「Absolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldn’t eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!」

「This was quite a find! Lovely hotel, extremely well-kept and beautifully decorated. Front desk staff were very helpful. Room was quiet, despite being on the ground floor facing the road. Though it's a little outside of town centre, it was a quick and easy walk (took us less than 20 minutes walk to get to the port, would be a quick bus or taxi ride) and I appreciated the quiet area. Nino is one of the best hosts that I have ever met, he gave us excellent information about the nearby sights including restaurant recommendations and shopping suggestions. It appears that Nino is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy his guests, including driving us at night to a near by restaurant that was hard to find.」

「Only one word can describe the beauty of this place: Paradise with a lot of Angels (people who works in the structure) around you. The suite is amazing and unbelievably spacious. The light dinner and the breakfast are really very good. Remember to eat “l’uovo del contadino” at breakfast. Great Spa. I would like to come back as soon is possible to lose myself again in the beauty and quiet of this magical place. Thanks 」

「Coralie and her staff were always so nice and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The property is conveniently located close to the beach and a couple really good restaurants. We 100% preferred the beach in line with the hotel compared to the private one that the shuttle brings you to because you’re dependant on the shuttle service to get back which was not reliable when we were there and much more uncomfortable rocks under our feet. 」

「Nice and quiet spot surrounded by beautiful gardens. Rooms were very clean with nice interior. Dined at the restaurant for dinner which was delicious and breakfast was generous. Pool was nice with a beautiful view of Mt Etna. Highly recommend if you want something a bit more intimate and away from the larger towns. 」

「Stille og rolig. god kvalitet på hotellet. Rafaello er meget gjestfri og imøtekommende. Milo er et hyggelig rustikk lite tettsted. Her kommer du tett på lokalbefolkningen. Ingen plagsomme turister som overfyller gatene. De kan lite engelse, så hyppig bruk av Google Translate er et must. Experia burdre informere om at avstander er oppgitt i luftlinje, og at området Milo (som består av hyggelige, jordnære italienere) mangler god kollektivtransport og taxi tjenester. Selv Uber er nesten steds...
