「對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！」

「Your hotel was our best experience in our 3 weeks in Peru. The beds are cozy and breakfast superb with chia for yogurt, a chef who made eggs to order and extras galore for toast, sausages and even almond milk. The concierge coordinated a taxi for us from Cusco to Palcoyo mountain (to hike for 2 hours) and then to our next hotel in Ollantaytambo. Our driver was expert and friendly and even stopped for us to buy snacks. It was a very long day and Frank drove at efficient & safe speed to get us...

「The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.」

「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. 「The hotel was very good. Clean, everything in good condition. Linens, bath and bed sufficient and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff spoke English. Breakfast was eggs to order and plenty of other things that support. Couple of things should be noted. First: the hotel is a bit difficult to get to and taxis may not take you all the way to the hotel. If the taxi will not go all the way I suggest to go to the Plaza San Blas and then you walk from there. It’s not a long walk....
