“This was our third time staying at Estancia! We keep coming back because the service and cleanliness are excellent and the unit w/ A and B fits our family of five perfectly. Brad and Joey were by far the most helpful property managers we’ve ever had. Their cheat sheet was extremely helpful and we dined at a few of the recommended restaurants off property which were great! The unit was clean and had lots of extras like pool floats, seasonings, laundry and dishwashing detergent which our units……

“This is a very impressive hotel on first look. It is modern and well designed. I think that the most expensive rooms are quite well laid out. The smaller less expensive rooms…. Which are still expensive within the San Pancho market… are quite small and lack the creature comforts that one expects for this category of hotel. It is ideal for a 2-3 day stay…. Not so great IMHO… for an extended stay.. The staff in all areas is very friendly and the facilities are well maintained.. There is one thing……

“We had a great time in this lovely condo. The location was perfect for access to surf spots, as well as an easy walk to all the restaurants along the beach. The pool and hot tub were such a bonus after a bus day of surf exploration. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we could have desired. We made a number of meals at home an enjoyed dining on the deck listening to the ocean. Check in was easy and Carmen, our local contact, was helpful, responsive and kind. Highly recommend!”
