“The apartment at the ground floor is in a new and modern building located 1 block from the beach (2 minutes). It is a private with a pretty non-heated pool (a little chill in December) but opened up the living space. The rooftop pool is very cool with open view to the ocean and coast (perfect for sunsets). It was incredible having the pool and the beach right down our steps. For northerners like ourselves, please note there is an air conditioner in each bedroom but not the main part of the house. “Fabulous location stayed here for two weeks. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Nice having a condo on the ground floor no elevators or stairs to deal with. What a fabulous deck very large if traveling with children it would be perfect play area. The condo definitely could use an update.
