"Hacienda Sayulita" is a fully staffed Luxury Villa that can be rented Privately with a minimum 8 Bedroom rental (up to 10 - 11 bedrooms. Unused rooms remain closed and are not rented separately). Rental includes Full Staff of a Chef, Houseman/Waiter, and Maid Service. All Guest Suites are King (4 Suites can be split into 2 twins upon request) and each has a Private En Suite Bathroom. Six of the 10 Suites offer Ocean Views). The Villa has been a labor of love in the making for the past 3 years. It offers many special features including original 100 year old Mexican Hacienda doors unique to each Guest Suite, brick boveda ceilings in every room, custom cement floors and stonework details, Hydrazzo Salt Water Infinity Pool and 12 Person Jacuzzi (heated Dec-April), stucco finished walls, Game Room/Bar Area has a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Darts and TV room... just to name a few.

Golf Cart Rentals can be arranged and delivered to the villa for and additional fee (ask for a quote for a 4 pax custom gas golf cart, $75 US/day prices are subject to change).

Located on the Coveted North side of Sayulita, the villa is only a 10 min. walk into the Heart of Downtown or just a couple minutes ride . The beautiful "North Beach" is located 3 blocks below the villa (5 min walk or one minute by golf cart) and is far less busy than the downtown central beach in Sayulita.

Hacienda Sayulita offers approx 20,000 sq ft of living space. The villa offers 10 bedrooms all with Private En Suite Bathrooms (6 of 10 have Ocean Views).

The main level offers expansive ocean views from every space including the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and outdoor dining area with BBQ by the pool area. The salt water infinity pool and jacuzzi blend into the ocean and horizon.

Just below the main living level, you have a fun entertainment area including the game room, bar and TV room. There are 2 bedrooms on this Game Room level (both bedrooms have a king bed which can be split to 2 twins upon request) and en suite bath.
The huge open ocean view terrace on the top level of the villa features a lounge area for 20 ppl. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are also available for sun bathing on the terrace.

Bedroom Configuration:
- Rooms 7 and 8 are both king, en suite bedrooms are on the entry level and offer partial ocean views. *Beds can be split into 2 twin beds upon request*.
- (Rooms 1-6) one level up from main, 6 king, en suite bedrooms (3 suites face the sea with expansive ocean views and private terraces, 2 suites with small terraces and partial ocean views, and 1 suite with a small terrace and jungle view).
- (Rooms 9 and 10) On the lower level (one level below main living/dining/kitchen) you have a bar and game room. You also have 2 rooms on this level (2 bedrooms have a king which can be split to 2 twins upon request and private bath and the third/flex room (Room 11) is the TV room which can be converted to 2 fold out twin sleepers with en suite bath for an additional charge of $200 US/night (low season) and $300 US/nigh (high season).

Rates include a Full Staff (Houseman/Bartender, Chef, and Maid Service):

Summer (May-September) 8 BR minimum start at $1800/night plus 21% tax (additional rooms up to 10 BR can be added for $200 US/room per night). $300 US/night surcharge for a check in or check out on Sunday. 3 night minimum stay.

Winter (October-April) 8 BR minimum rental of $2800/night plus 21% tax and additional rooms $300/night (up to 10 -11 total bedrooms) 5 Night Minimum with Check in or Check out on Saturday in High Season from October-April.

Holidays (Thanksgiving Week, $3450 US/night for 10 bedrooms, Christmas Week $4950/night for 10 rooms), (New Years Week 10 BR $6950/night), and (Easter Week 10 BR $3450 US/night). 7 night minimum Holiday Rentals.
Villa can sleep up to a max of 24 guests (20 adults/kids, 4-6 kids). 11th flex bedroom is additional based on season. Additional charge of $300 US/night per person for more than 22 guests (we have 2 fold out twin sofa sleepers in TV room) with a max of 24 guests.

Please NOTE that rates are Based on Double Occupancy per room starting with an 8 BR minimum. HomeAway's pricing platform is by guest, not by room so if you have an odd number of guests, please calculate the rate based on Double Occupancy. Min 5 night stay with a check in or check out in High Season. 10 BR reservation and 7 night min stay for all Holidays. Rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed.

After the sun goes down, enjoy stargazing and a fire in the Chimenea on the upper terrace.

We welcome families, however, it's important to note that the villa is situated on a steep hill and has an infinity pool and jacuzzi that may make parents of young children uncomfortable. Adult supervision is necessary at all times. The walk to the beach is approx 110 steps up or down for about one block and then it's a flat 2 1/2 block walk to the beach (5 minute walk).

Rates are for Accommodations only. Food/beverage is at cost and grocery receipts are reconciled with the staff as they shop plus $25 US fee per trip to the main store in Bucerias.
Gratuities are not included. Suggested tip guideline is 10-15% of your rental divided between the staff members when you check out.
