A romantic holiday home awaits you about 3 km outside of Scansano, offering a breathtaking view of the sea.
The house was built at the end of the 19th century. At that time, it consisted of a stable and a bedroom above it. It was expanded by the previous owner and lovingly restored by us. It is located 3 km outside the town of Scansano in the hills, in a quiet, secluded setting. From the wraparound terrace, you have a wonderful view of the coast and the sea. In the evening, you can watch the sun set behind Elba; on clear days, you can even see Corsica. You’ll receive detailed directions upon booking. The last kilometre to the house is a strada bianca (unpaved road).
The house features two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room, the kitchen (fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave), a bathroom with a toilet and sink, and a large enclosed veranda. The two bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The house has been lovingly furnished and was used exclusively for private purposes until July 2021. It is now also open to guests.
The large garden is completely fenced in; a maximum of 2 dogs are welcome. The large front yard offers ample parking for several cars.
