The property was clean and the communication from the owners was good. However it does need some time spending on getting things sorted. All the beds need new mattresses we had to put all the duvets down to sleep on top of and even brought an air bed due to being so uncomfortable. Some other minor points, the kettle lid was broken and could only be opened by picking from the side (not safe when hot). The curtain rail in the main bedroom was hanging out of the room. We ended up leaving a day early, shame as this could be a nice place.
Parking outside is only for a maximum of 2 hours 9:00 - 18:00 and you can't extend the ticket on Ringo app. £4 for 2 hours. I would suggest parking in the carpark on Deene street opposite for the £3.60 for 12 hours.
