“Check in was not good for a same day rental.
Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already.

“Clean unit, great location- close to Blue Mountain Village (5 minute drive). Nice amenities with view of the hill, hosts were very communicative & available. We rented the pet friendly unit as I have a dog & there is a dog park also within a 5 minute drive / 15 minute walk. As a group of 6 we enjoyed the fact that there were two full washrooms / showers. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else.
Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work.
