「The staff is friendly and professional. Most of them do speak three languages: French, English, and German. My room is clean and functional. The hotel is not far from downtown. You can take "Tram B," which station, Futura Glacière, is just in front of the hotel. If you don't want to spend 12 euro breakfast in the hotel, there are a MacDonald and a coffee shop near the hotel. There is also a supermarket which locates 30-second walk distance. 「The Le Parc Hotel Obernai is the best and most unique hotel that I have stayed in Europe. It is set in Obernai which is a charming city with history and small restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was wonderful and the design of the hotel was a perfect mixture of modern and classic. Our room was new and very roomy with a little outside area and a very comfortable bed. 「Nice hotel. Dinner surprisingly tasty for a small hotel but beware it was meant to be cash only which we didn't know so the owner kindly added it to our hotel bill. Rooms nice and comfortable although kids had to sleep in a sofa converted bunk bed. Proprietor is very nice. Parking is ample. 」

「I loved how on last mimute they could of arange and change the reservation for me, beause our parry got smaller. So they gave me than a big family two storie room. Which we loved and liked so much. We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk. Higly recommend this Hotel. Nex time I come for a Christmas i will surely stay there again. 」

「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und extrem aufmerksam. Wir haben unserem Babymoon inkl. Hund im Hotel verbracht und waren mega glücklich. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu entspannen. Durch die vielen verschiedenen Räume verteilt es sich gut und wir waren oftmals alleine im Wellnessbereich:) Das Essen war sehr gut und auch das Frühstück war fantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」
