“The idea of the apartment was great. I was worried about the self check in but the process was smooth. The apartment itself was well presented.
However, we have not been informed of major building work taking place right outside the windows and as result we were woken up every morning at 7am even though this was meant to be a relaxed holiday stay.
I have contacted the staff asking for swapping apartment to a quieter side but this was not possible.

“This hotel has only one lift and a spiral staircase besides the lift. We stayed five nights, but the lift was unserviceable for three nights and on the day of check-out, it is still not working. We were placed on the fourth floor so have to drag our bags down the spiral staircase slowly over the four levels. Overall, the convenience is the subway station right next to the apartment but on our check-out, they went on strike! What a time to be at Nuremburg!”
