“Excellent stay! Our stay was perfect for our Cooperstown experience. Our son played at Dreams Park which was just a few minutes away. We were lucky to have only 1 rain delay, but super convenient to go back & forth between games, Hall of Fame or other area attractions. The kitchen is fully stocked with every tool you might need to prepare meals. The kids loved the bunk beds, such a great use of space to maximize sleeping options. “Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business.”
