Our recently renovated and air-conditioned villa offers all the comforts you need. It features one bedroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a large outdoor veranda, and a barbecue for outdoor grilling.<br>Just a 5-minute drive away, you’ll find the beautiful Sampieri Beach, while the Costa di Carro Nature Reserve and Cava d’Aliga Beach are only 3 minutes away.<br>Strategically located for exploring the entire “Val di Noto,” we’re just a few kilometres by car from Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and Noto, with Pozzallo and Marina di Ragusa also nearby.
