「Unfortunately the room I booked was extremely dirty… there were massive dark stains on the white sheets when first walking in. I asked for a new sheet and when I came to out the new one on- it too had lighter stains and tiny curly hairs all over it. The floors were uncleaned, bathroom still had hair and toilet paper on floor. The toilet still had feces from prior guest after not flushing.
