“Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I plan to rent from this renter the next time I am in town. This is just an FYI if my issue happens to someone else. Please contact the renter right away with any issues. The only issue was the 1st night I arrived at 11:30 pm. The orginal apartment that I rented wasn't cleaned. I emailed the renter and received a new apartment within 6 minutes. I was happy with the quick speed of response time and ability to move me to a different apartment considering……

“The house is nice and cozy. 2 floors with top floor with bedroom and mainfloor with kitchen, living room. There is a nice backyard also which my dogs loved. We attended a concert and only stayed a night but would have been great for longer stay also.”

“Six guys attended a bb tourney in downtown Pittsburgh. We could both walk and drive to our games. Lots of very nice common room and privacy for sleeping. Host Ellie was wonderful! Highly recommend this place for a family or large group or gathering.”

“Overall, we had a great stay. It's well stocked and very cozy. Wish the primary bedroom had nightstands and lamps, and the living room had a better couch and seating but it was a nice place and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Had an issue with the living room TV being too old to stream without hooking it up to a laptop which was inconvenient, although the manager did try to fix it to no avail. There are a lot of stairs up to the front door, and the street is crowded with cars, but had a parking space so……

“Some colleagues and I stayed here for a small conference being held at CMU. It was convenient that everyone had their own bathroom. The one bedroom downstairs has its bathroom just off from the kitchen (rather than en suite), but it worked fine. At first, we found the exterior of the building a bit off-putting, but the inside was clean and well appointed -- not luxury, but comfortable. It was nice to have a separate thermostat on each floor of the building. Also, one member of our group was……

“Inside was very nice. Not too far from downtown, parking right out front. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the host gave us an incorrect code for check in to get in, and we had to call VRBO so they could call him (he didn’t give his number) and waited 30 mins outside the place before we heard back from him and received a correct code. He was very apologetic though and said that never happened before. ”

“Our stay at the Kasa South Side was good. Not fantastic - but pretty good! Pls read to the end to get our full input... We had a bunch of issues that were pretty irritating (pull-out bed was not usable... it was ONLY springs and there were no sheets; thermostat was hard to figure out... it was missing the cover with instructions; the parking/entering building was confusing upon arrival & the parking lot was on the complete opposite end of the building from our Kasa; only one set of elevators……

“I got married downstairs at the Pennsylvanian and this was by far the best place to rent. Absolutely beautiful the front desk was extra friendly and helpful the apartment had everything we needed even for a dinner with the family afterwards. ”
