“Very very very bad hotel ever , the staff is very rude, the room is dirty, no hot water, from 9 pm to 2am , someone talking loudly in the pathway, I make complain with staff, they said nothing to do , it cost me 64 pounds , not worth it. Overall bad bad very bad hotel”

“Took my wife for a weekend away for her birthday and stayed in one of the spa rooms. It was amazing. The spa bat has huge and having a personal sauna in the room was great. We took advantage of spa treatments which were so relaxing. Food and dining where great and staff were exceptionally nice and professional. Probably the best stay at a hotel I personally have ever had. We are already planning our return”

“A classic hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. Friendly and competent receptionists. Nice breakfast. Continent breakfast self-served buffet or hot, customised English breakfast That take quite a while. If come by train, need to get a taxi ride of 8-10 minutes. We arrived late in the evening. Have to queue for half an hour at the taxi stop.”

“The accommodation was amazing. We had completed a visit prior to our booked dates to see what the pub & accommodation was like. We weren’t disappointed. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. The staff on reception were very helpful and cheerful. We didn’t actually get chance to sample the restaurant (as we were in the locality to attend a wedding). ”

“I’ve stayed here before and will definitely stay again but only because it is convenient. The room was far too hot, and I remember it being hot when I stayed before. It does make for an uncomfortable nights sleep. There were some idiots banging doors and shouting down the corridor at 3am, not the hotels fault but it did frustrate an already uncomfortable night. The staff were not particularly welcoming. I get like a disturbed their conversation when I checked in rather than feeling welcomed.……

“Celebrated our anniversary at Rossington Hall which is a unique amazing place to stay . If you like peace and quiet in serene surroundings this is perfect. Private Hot tub in the garden inside cabins . Hotel room and en-suite gorgeous - second floor no lifts lots of steps . Gourmet food in conservatory compliments to chef . Drink in front of huge log fire afterwards. The house has lots of history it’s like a stately home with wide staircase and lots of small steps leading to interesting nooks……

“All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.”
