“Disappointed in this stay. We requested a twin room setup, which was confirmed by the property, but when we arrived, the beds were made up as one bed. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands, so we had to go back to the main guest house to request the complimentary toiletries that the description and check-in guide indicated would be provided for the bathroom. There was only one outlet next to the bed. There was another outlet across from the bed being used by the kettle. ……

“Confusing checkin. Building was covered with scaffolding so we could not find it. Directions to get into the building were confusing and took going through numerous emails to finally figure things out. Two other guests were equally confused so it wasn't just us. Window in the bathroom would not close or open. Parking was a nightmare as "ignoring the no overnight parking" sign is difficult advice to follow for rule following Canadians!”

“The loch view was great! We thought we had the room without the private deck and we were placed into suite 1 upon arrival. Sadly it was rainy and a bit chilly to fully enjoy the deck but the view was spectacular. We thought we would hear traffic due to the ferry but we never heard a thing. The room is well sound proof. The breakfast muffins, yogurt and fresh juice and milk was a great touch since there is limited food in the area. When we come through again in the future, we will look here first……
