"room fine, staff only one person, no bar, parking across main street"

"Very clean place what we always expect from Hilton. The pool and hot tub is a little small but is still an extra thing to do. Our bed was not the best and needs to be replaced. It was saggy and ripped on the bottom. Great location for a quiet stay. Great walking trail around the pond. Not a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance. Simple restaurant menu at the hotel. All in all a great place and that is why I gave it a 5 star."

"We just stayed in the Holiday Inn & Suites at White Marsh in MD and it was fantastic, so we decided to try this one. Complete opposite experience here, other than the staff this place was unacceptable. Roughly 50% of the light fixtures didn't work, there was a weird black sticky residue on most of the floors, the bisuits and/or eggs for breakfast had a weird fishy taste, and while we were checking out we found partially eaten crackers on the floor... we didn’t pack or buy any crackers. They gave us a free night stay on an account they set up for us, but all in all it was a bad experience. "

"Room was great - nicely renovated. Lovely lounge / restaurant. Front desk peeps very helpful. BIGGEST DRAWBACK - noise from highway was unreal. We heard every truck shift and racing engine. Literally kept us up and we're not light sleepers. Breakfast didn't start til 7:30, and menu offered small selection. "
