“Hotel was clean, hot tub was amazing while it snowed, comfortable all around. Bed was phenomenal. Couldn’t wake up. Floors were not sound proof. Someone complained about someone walking around. “Room met my needs, thank you. Friendly staff. There appears to be a disconnect between Expedia Booking and the Hotel. I requested and was told 'no problem' if I could have a first floor room. They had not record of that request so it was not clear who responded 'No Problem'. Luckily there was a first floor available but this could have been a real bad issue. Second, the place is advertised WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. There is none...just a hotel room coffee maker. This WRONG, literally false……

“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly.

“Super clean, modern, and comfy. Host communicated warmly and timely. Bathroom had everything we needed and not the super cheesy stuff 👌Kitchenette was great too. The only thing I would complain about was that it’s sits on a busier street. Not crazy busy, but if you don’t like the sounds of cars driving by, it can be annoying.
