「I stayed over on a Tuesday evening, I arrived at 5.00pm to find the hotel all locked up, after waiting for what seemed an age, I found the gardener, she was very helpful, and called someone, she then got the keys and let me into my room, the room was very nice, however the restaurant isn't open, and no bar. I was looking forward to a nice meal at the Michelin star restaurant. I had to go to the pub next door, but they stop serving food early, so I had to beg for them to open the kitchen again...

「All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.」
