“Room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities of a hotel room. Fridge , microwave sink, Hot plate , basic dishes and pots. Iron and sm board. Lg shower love seat desk and tv. Hangers in closet! . Wifi passcode provided work well. We are walkers so the mile walk to downtown was not an issue . Also some none tourist type shopping a few blocks away.”

“Very nice accommodation for the weekend, despite the air conditioner being out of order. Property mgr handled the situation very professionally. There is a restaurant/bar and adult pool below. Be prepared for music, laughing and a lot of loud conversations until about 10pm. Then they are closed and it is silent. The view from our balcony was fantastic ….. sea birds and dolphins and we think we saw some manatee activity. Short drive to honeymoon island state park and beach , as well as downtown……

“The pictures and online descriptions are accurate. This unit is immaculately clean and tastefully designed with modern decor. The mattresses and bedding are comfortable as well as the other furniture pieces. The kitchen is well stocked, and full of extra special touches that we really appreciated like a few water bottles, a small snack basket, Keurig coffee pods, and a variety of teas. The owners go above and beyond to asure your stay is a great one! We plan to return in the future.”

“The sliding glass door needs to be repaired. The latch is missing on the inside which means you cannot secure the door while you are inside.”

“Beautiful home with wonderful backyard right on the canal and shaded by two large oak trees. Just perfect! Great location for boating, fishing, kayaking or just hanging out on the dock. Very convenient to parks, bike and walking trail, the beach, restaurants and stores. Could not have asked for more!”

“We loved every minute in our tiny house! Tastefully appointed, it maximized every square foot of the property. Our daughter loved the pool, and it was so pleasant sitting on the balcony and enjoying the Florida sun. Access to the Pinellas Trail is a great perk, too!”

“What a great little place. Very quaint and cozy!!! The host went all out with little extras for the bathroom, extra blankets, extra pillows, full kitchen setup and more. Highly recommend and will stay there again when in town!!”

“The Acorn cottage is a cute (very small) space that has everything one or two people would need for a short getaway. It’s clean and comfortable and the courtyard is beautifully landscaped and a nice place to sit and relax. It’s close to great food and fun in Tarpon Springs and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. The only downside is that it’s located next to city hall and there is currently construction going on at city hall so it’s noisy on weekdays, but that’s not a problem if you don’t……

“The property itself was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for. There were snacks for us. It had a nice wide driveway. It was in an older neighborhood with some houses needing some maintenance. However, we would stay there again.”

“The room was clean, however, the bathtub was flaking it's paint and needed to be redone, but bathroom was clean. The bed room was clean, it had a built in for a closet that had a curtain hanging in front. There were no drawers but there were sliding racks on one side of the stand where the TV was. I would think you would put food there, not your clothing. Being one of your nicer looking hotel's in the area you missed your chance to be the nicest by not updating the rooms to match the price……

“We had a fun time staying on a houseboat. It is a bit like camping in a RV. The boat is older and could use some TLC but I understand why that probably isn’t going to happen. We did have a good time and added a new experience.”
