A cool area of Seabrook to stay. Being close to the crab dock and Capn Sam’s creek was great for fishing and paddle boarding. The marsh and creek views from the Villa were great. Close to everything. Villa had everything a group of 4 needed.

We throughly enjoyed our time at this place and would return if the opportunity presents itself. The views were beautiful. The furniture was all nice and comfortable. We have stayed at Sea Brook at least 9 times in the last 25 years. This unit was fair.

Hard to park two cars, noisy, not very well equipped.How about some paper cups in bathrooms and kitchen. Napkins. I am comparing this with other units we have stayed at.
