We rented the place for overflow for a family gathering and it was perfect! The accommodations were very comfortable and had a relaxing coastal feel! The view was stunning!

A cool area of Seabrook to stay. Being close to the crab dock and Capn Sam’s creek was great for fishing and paddle boarding. The marsh and creek views from the Villa were great. Close to everything. Villa had everything a group of 4 needed.

We have stayed at Sea Brook at least 9 times in the last 25 years. This unit was fair.

Hard to park two cars, noisy, not very well equipped.How about some paper cups in bathrooms and kitchen. Napkins. I am comparing this with other units we have stayed at.

Picturesque and Pleasant

We throughly enjoyed our time at this place and would return if the opportunity presents itself. The views were beautiful. The furniture was all nice and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked in terms of plates, utensils, and cooking. The location quiet. The parking was easy. Just a really good place and experience.
