"We loved the easy access to beach. The beach itself felt very private and low-key. The condo location was convenient for restaurants, shopping, etc. Host was readily available and friendly! Decor was inviting and coastal comfy! Well appointed kitchen, great view, so relaxing and pretty!"

"Everything was exceptional! The kitchen had everything (and then some) that we would ever have needed! The home was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of six children under age 5 plus 8 adults. Kathy has thought of everything and it made our stay truly enjoyable and easy. It was also really great to have toys, puzzles, books, sand toys, and even a wagon for the kids! The pool was amazing, and perfect for young children, and I am thrilled that we paid the extra money to have it heated so that it was enjoyed by everybody! Kathy was quick to respond to any and all questions that I had, and quickly addressed any issue that came up along the way."

"Condo was exactly as pictured. The condo is a bit dated but was really clean and well stocked with everything you could want or need. The bed was very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. We brought our bikes and it was a very easy and short ride to Alys and Rosemary areas. The back porch was amazing for our morning coffee and afternoon wine while watching the sun rise and set. Communication was perfect and the ease of check in was great. My wife and I would absolutely stay here again."

"House is beautiful, safe location, and amazing beach. However, the apartment over the carriage house had a very strange smell and when we tried to put the air on, giant roaches came crawling out. We were unable to occupy the space as a result and have been waiting for a response to our request for a partial refund. The communications before that were wonderful, and they did come out right away to try to get the pool heater working - it didn't really work but they did try. "

"Our family of 19 absolutely loved this place! We stayed for 1week and was so impressed with it! It had everything we needed and more. Having all ages from babies to grandparents, and a few days of iffy weather, we found things to do. We went to NASA, the indoor game facility by the mall, golfed, and rented a pontoon. The kids had a ball in the ocean as well as the river side. We had nightly bonfires and fished from the dock. To top our vacation off we saw the lift off of the space ship from NASA from our deck!!! "
