「I booked our stay at this property 1 week prior to check in. Shortly after I booked this property, I received an email from VRBO that my reservation was confirmed. While driving to the property on check in day we were 30 minutes from arriving at the property when I contacted the owner for check in procedures. I told the owner I was the person who booked the property for the weekend. The owner sounded confused and told me to hold on and hung up on me. Five minutes later I received a full refund...

「The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s very nice, and I really enjoyed my stay. I will note, the bed is very firm, so if you have a bad back like I do and need something a little softer, keep that in mind. But if that’s not a concern for you, then don’t hesitate to book with them! They were very kind. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Mohammad’s listing in Katy, Texas. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. Thoughtful touches like toiletries and towels in the bathroom and treats in the kitchen made us feel welcomed. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. I would recommend staying here. Thanks again, Mohammad for your hospitality!」
