"We had a wonderful stay. Our unit was very clean and had a great partial ocean view. The resort is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The only issue we experienced was that after dark, bats were flying around our balcony, and in the morning there were bat droppings present. We reported it to the front desk, and they responded quickly. Housekeeping came to clean and disinfect the balcony, and the staff sincerely apologized and offered to move us. Since the balcony was cleaned thoroughly, we were comfortable staying in our unit. We did notice a hole in the corner of the roof near our balcony that may be where they’re nesting. Housekeeping said they would report it. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and very relaxing. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and would consider staying again."

"We stayed at Mermaids Perch just this past week! What wonderful home with spectacular views! It’s conveniently located for state parks, golf or just about anything you’d want to do. The heated floors in the bathroom were great for our stay as the temps were on the cool side. Dedicated parking is a definite plus!"

"Great condition. Rooms were private, spacious, and each had a private bathroom. Property was in very good condition with fantastic views. Beds were supportive and comfortable. Kitchen is large enough for 3 people. Great location on the Beach-far enough from the standard public access points. Spacious common areas. "
