"All great but on hot summer days the host could’ve noted there is really no A/C as such I believe - the controls show as if A/c exists but there was no cooling - we had to open up the windows and doors at night - which was fine since the sound of the waves was great as background while sleeping. Also the 3 in one soap in the showers wasn’t great as a normal shampoo / conditioner- it’d be better to add normal shampoo/ conditioners in the showers. Minor issues to a fantastic place great views and the seascape resort itself is just wonderful in summer - esp the landscaping and trails along the bluff overlooking the sea - and paths to the beach."

"overall, the property was very nice and well-maintained. There were more bugs than I was comfortable with, but that had a lot to do with the location. The access to the beach was a little bit of brain damage but manageable overall everything went well and I would recommend this property to other people with bigger parties."

"The house is really nice! The quiet hours are unfortunate. Can’t use the hot tub from 9pm until 8am and we stayed away from the fire pit too, given the close proximity of neighbors."

"Amazing beachfront location with ocean views from every window. Great for a group as there are bedrooms & bathrooms on 3 floors with direct beach access. Lots of seating areas, stocked kitchen. They don’t provide bath or kitchen towels nor bath amenities so just prepare to bring your own. Good communication with the host, keyless access & lots of parking."
