I was upgraded to a two room with a kitchenette. It was on the first floor for convenience and easy to access. It is a secured location and an easy walk to the beach.

The rooms are always very clean and staff is very helpful. It's just a short walk to the beach which is a big plus. We have stayed there for the past 3 years, and it's always been great.

The room was spacious, comfy and clean. The balcony and view of the beach lovely. The small shower has a surround with bench. The immovable high shower head faced the bench. Rather difficult to shower. A different showerhead is recommended.

This review is based on the fact it's basic hotel with a fantastic beach location for people who like quiet sleepy beach location. This is not where the exciting stuff is. I had a balcony with a sea view down the street. Nice bright, clean, pool, hot tub clean, facility is quiet. However you will get street noise if you have a balcony sea view but not if you are in other rooms. I didn't mind it as I also got the nice afternoon light. The traffic dies down around 10 pm.The rooms do have thin walls, I could hear the guests in the next room. It It was all quiet guests when I was here. No coffee maker or coffee in lobby
