Staff was excellent. Property location is top notch. Room was clean. If you need a clean place to sleep, have a dump, and have a shower all while being close to everything ….. this is the place.

To be honest it's slightly run down and could use a few cosmetic fixes. HOWEVER it was cheap, and right on the boardwalk. Easy check in and check out. Parking was great.

Last resort

I was charged $250 to stay in a closet with a bathroom. Bathroom was falling apart as well as "furniture" in the room. Bed was worse than a college dormroom mattress. Never again.

Freezing cold

The room was heated with a portable soace heater. The temperature did not get over 59 degrees. The toilet had an elongated seat on a round bowl. The seat was cracked. This place may be ok in the warmer months, butnshould not be open in the winter.

Parking is located 2 blocks from hotel. Rooms are very small, bed was uncomfortable and broken to the point I thought it would crumble underneath us. The room is very small and we kept bumping into things just trying to move around. Bathroom is very small also. Since the room is right on the boardwalk so it is very loud until about 10pm.

-Booked room with queen bed, but received room with 2 full sized beds instead...then manager tried to "upsell" us the room that we actually booked in the Expedia app. -Dirty towels in the cabinets -broken towel bar in bathroom -no outlet cover plate -Portable Heater broke 3 times and had to be replaced -No washcloths or hand towels in bathroom -No cups, no coffeemaker, -Remote for TV only worked 2 feet away from TV -Super bright light right outside room -No wand to adjust blinds in room -Shower faucet was impossible to tell hot or cold

We arrived to an open window and 64 degrees inside the room. No heater to warm it up ac units still in window dog next door barked for hours then the owners came home and stomped around upstairs. Very noisy. Impossible to sleep. The next day the room was warmer because we closed the window Very nosy and can here every sound the the rooms next to you. Probably fine if you’re out late and don’t have kids.

Over priced

Went with a couple of friends. The room was very small. Not at all worth what I paid. Not at all like the pictures. No microwave or coffee maker. The door to the bathroom would not close easily. Nowhere to hang up your wet towels or bathing suits. And only 1 mirror for 3 people to use getting ready for the day. On the plus side- the room was very clean. Plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo was provided. The staff is very friendly.

very old building. part was blocked of for safety. bathroom ceiling and shower moldy. no toilet paper no towels. had to ask. got toilet paper myself. only 2 pillows on TINY TINY bed ! 5 hours later still no towels or pillows. used our towles to shower. plugged in hair drier and blew all the power in the building.... by 10pm we had enough. got a room somewhere else. never go there.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been too

Room was dirty, sheets were stained, outlet hanging out of the wall, shower was never cleaned from previous guest. If I was to change in my room, anybody driving by could have seen me through it. Toilet itself was never cleaned and stained. No other lock on the door besides the hotel key we were given (only one mind you) we actually gave them there key back and went down to another hotel 4 minutes away because the place did not seem safe. We also waited 15 minutes in the “lobby” to just get our keys in the first place.

The room is on the 3rd floor. You have to walk up 39 steps to get to the room. The microwave door was broken and it made loud whistling and grinding noises. There was no coffee pot. Toilet paper holder was broke. They gave us two towels and no wash cloths. We had to ask for more.No clock, no phone. No coffee pot. Took 18 minutes to let the shower run for hot water. The only perk of this hotel is that it's right on the boardwalk. Oh, and we found out, its close to the Hersey Shore house.

I payed for a “deluxe” queen bedroom got there they gave me a two full bed room, not what I wanted when I brought this up they than tried to give me a single bed room claiming it was the deluxe queen which in fact just had a single full bed, room was dusty and dirty. Things broken no toilet paper roll holder toilet was dripping and leaking. Also so those know if Somone really wants the see through the window the blinds suck and have no true privacy. Convenient to the boardwalk obviously being it is on it, but could definitely find better for the price.
