Room was clean and comfortable. Loved being on the water and access to room deck and open door, was very peaceful. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Love the ambiance of the hotel, decorated for the holidays and warm setting. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Front desk staff that checked us in was very nice and friendly and allowed us to check in a few hrs early after our 5 hr drive. His name is Amadeus… highly recommend this hotel we stay here every trip down to Seaside, hotel is very welcoming and chowder and baked cookies are a plus!

The sauna was not working. That was a big reason why I booked this place. There was some trash on the floor under the bathroom sink in my room. Everything else was good though!
