Property was very clean, easy check-in and check-out. We enjoyed the Wallingford neighborhood, plenty to do. The location and access to Fremont, downtown and the University district was also great. The rooftop was the perfect cocktail spot at the end of each day.

Great location! Great property!

We had a group of 4 on a visit to Seattle to explore the City and neighborhoods. The location was perfect and convenient to great restaurants, the University of Washington, and other destinations. The rental was clean and had everything we needed.

Wallingford Perch

Great stay, perfect location as a base for exploring Seattle area. Kristine at Perch was super amazingly helpful in quickly rallying to allow an extended stay with 1-day earlier check-in than planned. Lucked out it wasn’t booked and Kristine was super responsive with arrangements last minute. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Simple clean and close.

It is very basic, very clean and conveniently located. I would rent it again. Only down side was if your in the middle bedroom you hear every step of the upstairs guest in your party. (not the neighbors )

The property is nice and has lots of restaurants and coffee shops near. The check in process was great. We visited over Labor Day weekend and while there was AC on the lower level, the second floor where bedroom 2 is located has none. You can open a window but it was pretty humid and miserable for sleeping. The MBR has a wall unit AC. If we had known this, we would have chosen a different place. Everything else was fine.
