Modern studio in the heart of the city

Light, bright, modern studio in the heart of the city. With Walk Score of 98 and all city attractions within reach, you will be surrounded by never ending choices of restaurants, shopping, activities and sightseeing. Although garage parking is available, we highly recommend city transit and light rail, which are within blocks. Enjoy this historic building with modern amenities and comforts.

Unit is furnished with one queen size bed and one queen size pull out sofa.

Belltown is a centrally located residential area of downtown Seattle. It is well known for it's multitude of dining options, proximity to tourist attractions and hip, modern feel. You will have everything at your fingertips--Pike Place Market, Waterfront, Space Needle, Safeco Field, CenturyLink Field, Amazon, Google and many other major employers. Lake Union and Eliot Bay are within blocks.

If you like cooking your own meals--our kitchen will delight you. It is well stocked with quality dishware and cookware. You will find all necessary utensils and gadgets. Everything we provided is high quality to ensure guest comfort.

If you enjoy eating out--this is a foodie heaven! From Ethan Stowell's "Travolata" to Tom Douglas' "Dahlia Lounge", "Serious Pie" and "Lola." Not only famous chefs cook up a spectacular meal in Belltown. There are small Middle Eastern, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Moroccan and European places all over--just log into Yelp and have fun choosing!

You will have high speed fiber optic internet access, rooftop deck access, parking spot in the underground garage access. Please note--parking entrance is 6'7" high and parking space is 8ft x 15ft best for up to mid size vehicles only.

We live in the city, so if you have any questions--please feel free to reach out to us. For your privacy, we created a seamless self check-in and check-out. Light rail to/from the airport is 7 blocks away (0.6 miles), city-wide transit runs on 2nd, 3rd and 4th Avenues with convenient connections everywhere. Walking is easy and enjoyable. Lyft and Uber are also an option.

For guest comfort, portable AC unit is provided during warm months of mid May-mid September. Please note, that even on the warmest day in Seattle opening a window and turning on floor fan will cool off the unit quickly. We live in a very mild climate, luckily, where AC is not common!

Great Place

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for walking around downtown and the owners for very responsive when we had a minor glitch checking in. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Seattle. Walking distance of the Paramount, Seattle Art Museum and Chihuly Garden and Glass museum. Clean, quiet and beautiful space.

Perfect spot to take in the sights of Seattle

Rental exactly as described, love everything about it…especially the views from the rooftop. Lots of must-see sights within walking distance, like pike place market, waterfront, space needle. Also loved the restaurants and coffee/bakery in either direction just outside front door. I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious, clean, secure, tastefully decorated, very hip and a short walk to all the sights. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! We had a problem with the keyless entry the last night of our stay and it was addressed in person shortly after our call. We will most definitely stay here again.

Clean studio in the middle of downtown.

Enjoyed our brief stay in this clean studio. We were there Sun to Tues, so neighborhood was relatively quiet. Host was responsive and everything as advertised. The park spot is indeed small as stated, just enough for our Mazda compact SUV to squeeze in. Overall, would certainly stay again.

Amazing place close to the Pike Place!

Alex's place was wonderfully located near the Pike Place and other tourist spots! My friend and I stayed here for a couple nights and loved it! Even though it is in a busy area, you don't hear any of the hustle and bustle of the city! Alex was very responsive and had all the amenities listed. If you're ever in the Seattle area, I definitely recommend booking with Alex!

Great location and ammenities

Minor hiccup trying to get in but communication with hosts was excellent as I only had a data sim so sent message via email/app that was replied to promptly.Apartment was clean and modern. Didn't use kitchen, but it had all ammenities. Washer/Dryer extremely valuable and one of the reasons we booked. Location was spot on. Close walking distance to everything but not in the busy main part of town. Apartment is on the back end of complex so there is some buffering from street noise. Plenty of restaurants close by.Overrall, would highly recommend

Convenient, super clean, and great hosts!

The apartment is soooo clean and neat. It has everything you need for your stay. The hosts Alex and Jose were so gracious and answered all our questions promptly. They made sure we had a comfortable stay. Being our first trip to Seattle, we felt very safe and loved having a secure, dedicated parking spot. We would definitely book again! Thanks for everything!!

Another great stay Here!!

This is our second time staying here. We find this to be a perfect location as you can literally walk to everything. Such as sports stadiums, shops and pubs. Plus there are restraunts everywhere nearby. The studio suite is very nice. Its clean,quiet & comfortable. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances that one would need for stay in cooking if they chose to. The hosts are great and easy to reach out to if needed. My wife & I will most definitely be booking here again in the future.

Fantastic stay

Property was great. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The location is superb. Restaurants, pubs markets and Sport Stadium's are all within walking distance. The Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond with any question Id had. We've visited Seattle many times over the years but this was by far our best trip ever. We parked the car in the underground parking stall and never needed it again until our departure date. We will definitely be booking here again in the future.

A great little studio apartment perfectly located to so many great things to see. Minutes’ walk to Space Needle, Pike Place Market or the piers and a bunch of good restaurants and coffee, and also just a few blocks from public transit. Very cool building and I’d recommend that, unlike us, you read all the do’s and don’ts in the introductory email. The building has a LOT of HOA rules and one of the biggies is not holding the door for people without a key fob that proves they live there. We’re used to holding doors as a courtesy and just about broke rule #1 before we’d even gotten to our room! The weather was wonderful during our stay but it could get kinda warm in the room. Instead of using the portable AC, we did leave the window and sliding door open most of the time. And due to that we were able to hear a lot of the city noises night and day but that's part of of being in the middle of the city. It’s a pretty noisy area in the evenings but had no trouble getting to sleep but early mornings we were greeted with the noises of city trucks, but we’d definitely stay again. Overall we had a great time.

Great Location. Spotless and Comfortable Apartment

We initially chose this unit because of its location and onsite parking. We were right and found the condo to be spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Its location is perfect … walking distance to Pike Market, the Space Needle and Chihuly Gallery, as well as many great eateries. Be sure to heed Alex and Jose’s notes about small to mid-size vehicles for parking. It’s tight but manageable. We also found Alex and Jose to be very accommodating and helpful. When we visit Seattle next, we will definitely stay here again.

Such an amazing location!

I have to admit that my country living self struggled a bit with the secured access. I glossed over the fine print and found myself having to fumble through a couple times. Remember to use the key fob for the elevator and front entrance door. Remember to leave the garage with the key fob and go back in to check out. I got locked out of the garage. 100% my fault but important to highlight. Unit was gorgeous and clean. Everything was within walking distance. Neighborhood was great! The host was understanding to all of my fumbles. My daughter had the best time on our trip.

Great location

Alex and Jose were extremely efficient communicators and alway responded to me so promptly that I knew if I had any problems they would be available. The apartment is small but perfect for 2, was exceptionally clean and nice modern kitchen.The security was excellent so no worries about safety. We had restaurants and bars galore just outside our building but no noise could be heard. We easily walked to pikes Market, other shopping, Clipper ferry terminal; no need for a car. Recommend.

My stay at this condo in the heart of Seattle was truly exceptional. The location couldn't have been better—just a short seven-minute walk to both Pike Place Market and the Space Needle, with plenty of restaurant options close by. The condo itself was spacious, spotless, and having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, and having a parking spot in the city was an amazing bonus. If I came back to Seattle, I would 100% rebook at this place. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a comfortable and convenient stay!
