Great Location

My husband and I stayed 8 nights and will be booking here again! It was perfect for us! Located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood and it has a gorgeous view. The space itself was lovely and spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very kind and welcoming. Definitely a 10/10!

Absolutely perfect for us!

This VRBO is SO perfect for us: convenient, clean, modern, exceedingly well equipped, great view, private, in a fantastic neighborhood, and so very comfortable. The view of Puget Sound is great, along with the bunnies that graze in the backyard! Strongly recommended and would absolutely stay there again.

Loved the location

Really lovely basement unit with gorgeous views all the way to the Sound. Saw some truly amazing sunsets from the couch. Neat as a pin, very family friendly (kids dishes, cups, sheets, toys on request, etc.) and Regina is really responsive and helpful. Great baker too!

Perfect Stay in West Seattle

Stayed here with my teen daughters for the weekend to see Taylor Swift. Loved the location. Lovely and clean space. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable as well. Regina was super helpful and made a early check-in possible for us as well. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I spent two nights at the "Modern West Seattle Unit". The unit was immaculate and was equipped with everything we needed. Great location and pretty view. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect place with a view

The property was well furnished with higher end items. The location in West Seattle made excursions and using the ferries/water taxis very convenient. It was a pleasure waking up to a beautiful view each morning plus the host was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and attractions.

Wow! Amazing spot

We just left this VRBO and had the most amazing experience. Regina was an incredible host and we took her recs each step of the way. Apartment is spotless, clean and awesome sheets and towels. Great location, easy to get in and out of Seattle and also have some time out of the city. Great location for exploring Olympic for the day. Best VRBO a experience and spot we have stayed in!

Terrific experience - wonderful hosts

My family had an opportunity to have a short stay at this wonderful property. The hosts were absolutely wonderful--great at communicating and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to recommend restaurants and to help our family navigate the area. They offerred us a parking space in their garage and they also were willing to allow us to check in early if we happened to arrive early. We would definitely stay at this property again. Simple and modern

The little unit is very modern and private. It is good for a home base. We were visiting family so did not need much. We did not spend a lot of time there. Also I recommend you have a car. I imagine that the back yard is lovely for sitting out in the summer.

getaway with a view

The owner is very responsive and has an easy check in process. There is ample street parking. Having a car will make accessing local parks, food shopping, restaurants etc easier since it is a quick ride to these places but not easily reached by walking. The unit is modern, comfortable and contains everything you will need for your stay. The view of the sound from the livingroom is outstanding.

The house was spotless and had lots of amenities. There was a beautiful view right out the back. Communication with the host was excellent. If you don't have a car it is quite a walk, with hills, to get to public transportation to reach restaurants, cafes, shopping. But it is a beautiful neighborhood.

Seattle Stay

The place is a little smaller than anticipated (photos make the place seem really spacious), but it worked perfectly for our small family stay. With so much moisture in the air we always look for places without rugs or carpet so that we know the floors are clean for our kids. Mold and dust can really affect our son’s breathing so we were grateful for this clean rental. The only thing I might suggest is perhaps adding a small coat rack at the entrance, especially for those super rainy days when you come home wet coats and shoes.
