Event Hosting Policy
If you plan to host a gathering during your stay, please contact the unit manager in advance with full event details, including the number of attendees.
- Overnight Limit: Maximum of 10 guests are permitted to stay overnight.
- Guest Fee: A $50 fee applies per guest beyond the first 15 attendees.
- Furnishing Requests: Extra beds, tables, or chairs are available by request and subject to availability.

Policies for Events Over 25 Guests
- Administrative Fee: A $500 administrative fee applies to all events with more than 25 guests.
- Security Deposit: A $500 refundable deposit is required for events with more than 15 guests. It will be refunded on the same day of checkout, provided no damages or additional charges are incurred.
- In-House Security: Events with more than 35 guests must include in-house security at $25/hour during event hours.
- Clean-Up Fees: Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is not left in good condition.

Restricted Events
For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow:
- Raves or unauthorized dance parties
- College parties or open-invite public gatherings
- Events with unapproved vendors or unregistered guests
- Any activity in violation of local noise or occupancy regulations

Note: All events must be pre-approved by management. Please provide event details during booking, including the number of attendees, type of gathering, and any equipment or services needed.
