"The staff was great, from desk personnel to cleaning staff. Wonderful people. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi left a lot to be desired. Slow speed, frequent disconnects, and stuttering performance made the visit frustrating. If you have any online meetings, video chats, movie watching on a pad or phone or laptop, gaming, etc --you are entirely out of luck. This is extremely unfortunate in 2026. I won't book this location again but that is not a reflection on the good people working there. "

"My sisters and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. The room was very clean and the view was great. We got there early and our room was ready! The location was also nice. Two groceries store in walking distance and very close to the Seattle center. The only thing I didn't expect and was kinda of bum out about was Starbucks not being downstairs. I've stayed here 2 other times and it was just nice to go there to get a drink and snack. Over all a great stay and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks to the whole staff!!"

"We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating; the ordered gluten free bread for breakfast for my mother, held our bags until our flight, and answered all of our questions. The breakfast bar had great lactose free options as well, and Maria was such a thoughtful breakfast attendant! The room and bathroom was spotless and comfortable. The hotel’s location is also ideal, an easy walk both to the train station and Pike Place market. 10/10 would stay again!!"

"The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. This hotel was in a great location. We booked two rooms at this property, a few downsides were the rooms did not come with water bottles, and the doors on the bathrooms were sliding doors not actual doors that closed all the way. It felt like it was lacking privacy when anyone used the bathroom, the sliding function of the doors was also loud. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly."
