"We had a fire alarm go off at 10:15 pm by a kid and then our alarm for the room went off twice starting at midnight till I unplugged it. The front evening greeter was on her phone and didn’t look up when we walked up to the counter."

"1st Room was very dark and lights did not work and overlooked an alley. Was not given the upgraded room I paid for when I booked. They moved me the 2nd day to a new (correct) room. Sink was clogged and would not drain and the toilet would barely flush and ran constantly due to something be lodged ..."
