The house itself is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could need. Very comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen, and the surrounding decks are a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery. A lovely, quiet retreat in the trees!」

「The hosts were very receptive to a few extra needs we had. It was a cold rainy weekend, and we needed some ‘cuddle’ blankets and they delivered! (Totally unnecessary items)! Location is just perfect for all our excursions. The place is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated with fully stocked kitchen items. In apt washer/dryer was just what we needed. Wonderful weekend!」

「The property was exactly as advertised, beautiful with everything you could need. The location was perfect, you can walk to many restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. The night we arrived, there was a lovely farmers market inthe park across the street. The property was clean with great amenities and the off street parking is great. Would highly recommend for area.」

「Great space! The layout was open with lots of room to hang out. Well equipped kitchen and comfy sofa in great room. Bathroom was roomy and shower had rainfall feature. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be back! Overall cleanliness was outstanding. We give 4 stars because trash was found in a nightstand drawer and bathroom floor; refrigerator had someone's drinks, goodies, and lunch left from previous stay.」

「This quiet, private studio has been recently remodeled and is located directly on the bay. A beach to walk on and decks provide ample seating to enjoy the outdoors. Extremely clean and the owner has added many amenities to make it comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the fireplace is wonderful.」

「Everything was just as described and a great location. Everything in the condo was clean (other than a used coffee pod in the Keurig). All of the amenities were great. I would highly recommend staying there.」

「Spent a few days here and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Also close to bodega bay for whale watching or visiting the beach. Schoolhouse has everything you need.」

「This condo is a great location and up to date and very nicely appointed. Sits above Cochon Tasting Bar which was a great spot to enjoy a tasting. One block to the Sonoma Square which has lots of restaurants, shops and tasting venues. Hosts offered great recommendations and easy communication. We would definitely stay here again as perfect clean and cheery location.」

「Property was great, perfect for a large gathering. Some maintenance issues and listing issues kept this from being a five star review, but I am sure that they will all be resolved. Well equipped kitchen. Maybe a croquet set and workout equipment would take it over the top!」

This place is centrally located in the valley and was a great location to cycle out from! Michael is a fantastic host and spends as much time with you as needed to make sure you know where to go in the area.」

「The villa was a great way to celebrate my wife’s 65th birthday with our closest friends. When everyone walked into the main house they all asked where the camera crew was coz this was like being at the Bachelor mansion! There was so much to do there that we didn’t have enough time to take advantage of all the amenities like the gym and media room. We had a game night in the wine cave as well as a catered dinner in there and it was amazing! If we had any questions or troubles the staff was...
