We love this hotel. Great stay. Great location. Pablo at the front desk is so professional and pleasant! We’ve stayed here twice and both times it was wonderful. The Expedia free VIP parking is a huge plus!!!! This hotel always recognizes and honors the Expedia VIP offering without having to ask for it.

Big, clean room. Love the historic vibe. Really nice and friendly staff when checking in. Area is mixed, nice historical area but also some homeless people nearby. Wasn’t an issue for us but might turn off some people. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 1 night in historic room. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room furnishings could use some love. Furniture polish and updated couch pillows or even better none at all.. stay was quiet and safe. I will say again but next time i will stay in a non historic room.

We had a great time at the hotel! It was cute, the bed was comfy, and the location is central. We didn't have the best experience at Mrs. Grossmans, but that's not really on the hotel.

Courteous wonderfully helpful staff, Cozy comfortable rooms ( mattress slept amazingly ), fun walking area with shopping and restaurant options and Grossman’s restaurant attached is delicious and convenient! Such a charming historic hotel! Absolutely would return!
