We requested to book a scooter that they said they would book and get in 5 minutes because we had an appointment that we had to get to in 15 minutes. We were checking in and coordinating delays to the appointment. After 30 minutes I asked where the scooter was and the place they called was out of scooters, but they didn't notify me. 「The room was amazing. Clean, very modern, and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is a huge plus, but being picky, I would add some more cooking pots. Otherwise, great location, easy parking for the bike, few convenience stores around to access, and obviously, the location is at the gateway to the great world of Canggu! Oh yeah, the stuff was amazing, all of them, super helpful, always happy to assist and greeting everyone with good energy.」

「Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...
