"This was our 4th stay in Sebatu; previously at an adjacent but now closed property. We chose Uma Kelod due to it's location, solid and modern appearance and great value tariff. The room was adequate, clean and well maintained. It had only basic facilities - a jug with basic coffee and tea, a regular TV, adequate AC (but no fans), and a small bar fridge. "The Hotel is a short walk from the center or Ubud but once you walk through the main entrance it feels as though you are completely away from the hubbub of the town. All the staff were extremely friendly. It was a totally relaxing experience. We used the hotel to book several excursions and a big call out to Suli our driver/ Guide. He met us at the airport and was our driver for the trips. Always warm and friendly, he is a great ambassador for the hotel. He shared anecdotes of life on the island and made us feel as though we were at home there. We ate in all three hotel restaurants , The food at all was exceptional.."

"Lovely location in Sanur by the beach and great staff. The room was super clean but smaller than expected for delux booking. The small area to sit out was not so relaxing as not private to passers by. The breakfast was very busy but I think this was because renovations were taking place when we visited. The pool was lovely but not always easy to get a spot."
