「10/10 recommend! This was a beautiful stay. It was in the beautiful location in Sebatu which was quiet and peaceful. A great getaway from the busy Tegalalang but very close by to visit. If I ever come back to Bali (which I will), I'll be booking a stay here at Oka Suites. Friendly staff, clean property, large bathroom, beautiful scenery, and peaceful pool. If anyone is looking to seeing the infamous Tutu the dog, he lives around the neighbourhood too!」

「I absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is brand new, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The accommodation also makes it easy to explore the area, with various activities and services available, including waterfall tours, horse riding nearby, and transfers to the rice fields and Ubud. 「This resort was one of, if not, the best resort I’ve been to. The people in Bali are friendly, but the staff at this resort went out of their way to make sure my stay was phenomenal. Nothing was too much bother for them. From initial greeting by the team at reception, to waves and personal greeting of ‘hello’ every time I passed the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff chatting to me at my villa when they came to clean. The villa was beautiful. Well kept, clean, and the gardens and pools were...

「I definitely recommend this place! As a daily bath tab user from Japan, I would say this hotel has a high quality of bathroom. It’s clean and fancy. I liked having breakfast on the hammock in my room. There are also pools, a Spa, laundry service, and a tour taxi charter. They had everything I needed. People here were very welcoming, kind, and supportive. I’d like to come back and stay longer next time!」

「This is the worst hotel we stayed at in our years of travel. The staff was nice and attentive but the property is in run-down condition, everything feels dirty and slimy. The worst thing were the rats running freely in and out the kitchen to/from the restaurant area. Two nights into our stay we found ants on the bed. The staff sprayed around and we had to keep spraying every day to keep them away. The doors to the room do not close completely leaving gaps all around and when it was 18° - 19°C...

「I had a wonderful time in Ubud Bali. I was there for 7 days. They do feed you the same breakfast every single morning but overall I really enjoyed myself. The massages were great! My room could have been fresher. At times I smelled a pee odor coming from the bathroom. One day when they change my towels, 1 of them smell just like pee I was so upset bc I smelled it as I was drying off. I informed them about it and told him to come and smell it. He did and changed my towels. Other than that I had a...

「The advertised photos are misleading. We received a different room with an extremely tiny pool with insects and frogs. We also found small blood-sucking leeches in the pool, which made us feel extremely unsafe, especially with our children. The place is in an isolated area.」
