LakeFront Sunrise Cottage

Catch sunrises or fish at this 2/1 lakefront house with sandy beach and private boat house! This cheery cottage is perfect for sunrises with coffee or exploring beautiful Lake Sebring on kayaks (included with booking). Plenty of parking onsite (bring your boat trailer), you will love this oasis on the lake!

We want your stay to be pleasant and carefree so we do not require our guests to do any dishes, laundry, or other cleaning when checking out. Our housekeeping crew will take care of you!

Master bedroom features a queen bed and lake views. Second bedroom includes bunkbeds with a twin and full mattress. Lovely bathroom with shower. Modern kitchen with stainless appliances and open-plan. The home includes a pull-out sleeper sofa and futon sleeper for additional guests. Dining room space for six. Bright and beautiful living room with lake views. Wifi throughout the house is excellent and will accommodate those who need to work from home. Laundry room with washer and dryer available for all guests.

Whole house is available to guests including the boat house! Public boat ramp is only 1/2 mile away. Self check-in via keycode lock.

We live and work in Sebring. We love to host and are usually nearby if you need assistance. Text will typically get an immediate response.

Plenty of onsite parking. One covered parking spot and 5 additional open air parking spaces. Backyard features a firepit for cooler weather. Note that there is no barrier between the house and the lake. Because it is a very short walk from the backdoor to the lake, I DO NOT recommend this location if you have toddlers.
Guests are welcome to have a small fire in the provided firepit. The firepit must remain on the concrete pad and cannot be moved to any other location. No fire on the deck, boardwalk, or boat house. Leave the coals and ashes in the firepit for disposal by host. Do not dump coals/ash into the trashcans or the lake.
