The house came with plenty of amenities to use while staying there. It was in a safe quiet subdivision with easy access to coffee shops and a grocery store right across the street. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to see while staying in Colorado Springs. Having access to a full garage……

As the other review and site description states the owner of the house who is really nice lives in the basement and has seperate entrance something to keep in mind. This was not an issue for us.The lack of air conditioning is very noticeable in these hotter months. With this being said the main bedroom as a window cooling unit that does amazing but mainly just for that room. Cozy mountains home with modern applicances in every room. There is a grocery within minutes and the Korean restaurant nearby is amazing!! The home is about 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs, a short drive in view of the lovely mountains. Emily was responsive to our needs! We recommend this place. ”
