“What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks available were a nice touch. Private parking space was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Would highly highly recommend Shari's place. The views of the rockies were absolutely incredible and we loved the outdoor fire pit. The place was extremely well decorated and cozy - it felt very homey with the cute decor throughout and thoughtful amenities. The bed was also very comfortable- i was hands down the best one we've probably ever slept in on a vrbo trip (and better than all the hotel beds we've had on this trip too!) The place was also within a 10 minute drive from downtown Colorado……

“The apartment was spacious and very clean. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We’re from Florida so had to ask to have the heat turned up and Bonnie immediately turned it up, even though we got in quite late. No stove/oven, just a hot plate but that worked well for the limited cooking we did.”

“This cottage was a real treat, it felt like stepping back into time. It is in Old Colo Springs, which is convenient to Garden of the Gods, Manitou and Pikes Peak. The neighborhood consisted of lovely homes, with boulevards.”

“We arrived late Sunday and walking up to the door we could see this was an amazing property, the pictures could not capture the serenity and the breathtaking view. We went inside and WOW.. very clean, nicely decorated and everything we could need provided. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean and well maintained. We did encounter a slow leaking drain in 1 of the showers, messaged the host, she came down in less than 20 minutes and took a look and called a plumber, we left for a……

“Thank you a lovely stay. Plenty of space and bathrooms!!! Loved the clawfoot bath tubs. Every morning saw beautiful birds out the window. Highly recommend…within walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs, Incline, and the train to the summit of Pike’s Peak.”

“Karen and David have created a wonderful, "Home away from home" with this property. A quiet setting, very clean and well stocked bathroom and kitchen, a soooo comfortable bed, and a nice room to relax and watch t.v. after a long day of hiking. The only down side was having to leave!”

“Our family of four (2 adults and 2 HS age teens) had a great stay at the cottage. We were visiting Colorado College for our older son but this ended up being so much more than a college visit trip! The location of the cottage is in perfect for eating out, nice walks and hopping onto the highway to go visit the garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. The accommodations are super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!”

“Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and elegant. Perfect location for our activities in and around Manitou Springs & Garden of the Gods. Pool & hot tub were a bonus! No restaurant, breakfast offerings were meager, bed was a bit harder than I care for, and the AC -- while functional, every time it kicked on made a LOUD "KAAAAA-CHUNK" noise which woke me thru out the night.”
