"For the price, it was a great stay for one night. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good (typical for a hotel continental breakfast). Very nice staff. Is it the Four Seasons Beverly Hills? NO, so it's rediculous to expect that. It's a nice place to stay at a good rate. Well worth the money. I'd stay there again. "

"Room was not restocked, was barely clean, and there was some type of foundation leak in our room; we were not given a new room in a timely manner, nor were we compensated for the mess or inconvenience. 0/10 recommend."

"The airport shuttle was free and timely. That was great. The pool and hot tub were very nice, but the door allowing access to them would lock behind me and not allow me back inside. The A/C in my room worked great during very hot days, so that was great. The bathroom was extremely small with just a sliding door. The toilet would not fully flush making it unusable. That really lessened the quality of my experience there."

"The shuttle driver was unfriendly and not welcoming. We had two rooms and neither shower worked well. Attention to detail lacking: The shower had an open, used bar of soap and there was garbage on bathroom counter. The bed was made with flat sheet sideways. The towels did not seem clean. The hotel is tired and worn. On the upside, the front desk clerk was nice. "
