On the first night, I requested an extra blanket and sheet set around 6 or 7 PM, but nothing was delivered. After going out for food and returning around 11 PM, I still had not received them. I finally went to the front desk, only to find out that they had forgotten my request and the staff had gone home for the night.
On Sunday, I called again for extra towels and faced a similar situation. After waiting a long time, I called back only to be told that the front desk had forgotten my room number right after we hung up. The customer service was disappointing.
On a positive note, the maintenance staff member at Caesars was fantastic and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He was the only reason I didn’t rate this hotel a zero. He truly made a difference.
Overall, the room was decent for the price, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. However, the area could use renovations; the bathroom felt dirty, the walls were grimy, and we even noticed blood on the curtains, which was quite off-putting.
I wouldn’t stay there again, but I suggest giving Caesar a raise for his outstanding service.
